1. State and believe that the series of negative experiences are now in your past and you are finished with them. They will never be part of your present or future again.
2. Never mention these past experiences again – to anyone. And no story-telling.
3. Distract your mind when you begin thinking about them.
4. Stop wondering why it is happening to you. Stop lamenting. Stop trying to figure out what went wrong. Stop being angry. Stop being frustrated. Vanish all thoughts about the situation or fear that it may recur.
5. Every time one of the preceding thoughts pops into your mind, laugh out loud!
6. Direct and decree what you will experience in the future.
Having one or two of these recurring beliefs and experiences in our lives can hinder our ability to create because they tend to make us angry, frustrated and discouraged. And as you already know, when you are angry, frustrated or discouraged it is much more difficult to powerfully and consistently create.
